
Information & Sales Terms

Please review these terms carefully before participating in any auction or making a purchase. Your participation signifies your agreement to these terms.
- Internet Premium, Tax & Payment
Internet Premium: A 10% buyer’s premium will be added to the final bid price of all items.
Participation Requirements: A valid Credit Card is required for bidding approval.
Accepted Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, or Bank Wire Transfer.
Payment Processing: Recovery Auctions LLC accepts the above payment types via our payment processor Stripe.
Credit/Debit Card Convenience Fee: A 4.75% Convenience Fee is charged on ALL Credit/Debit Card Transactions.
Wire Transfers: Only available for items over $2,000 when the auction ends.
For items sold for over $2,000, all winning bidders must make an EARNEST Payment of $300 per item via Debit/Credit card immediately at the end of the auction.
The remaining balance must be completed via Bank Wire Transfer within ONE business day of the auction’s end. Failure to complete the wire transfer within this time frame will result in the forfeiture of the EARNEST payment.
You DO NOT need a Stripe account to use this service for the wire transfer balance.
Invoice & Communication: Winning bidders of an auction over $2000 who chooses to pay by wire transfer will receive an Earnest Payment invoice once the deposit has been paid via email from Stripe.
Wire transfer details will be included in this invoice. Please check your spam folder. If you have not received your invoice by 1 PM CEST after the auction event, please contact us via you account page and click the inquires and send us a mesaage, we are here to help.
All fully paid auctions will receive the collection information via email within 10 minutes of the full payment confirmation in their receipt of purchase.
Automatic Tax Application: Applicable sales tax will be automatically calculated and added to your total bid, in accordance with current legal requirements for your location
- Item Condition, Preview & Pickup
Item Condition: All items are sold “AS-IS,” “WHERE IS,” with no guarantees either expressed or implied by Recovery Auctions LLC. All sales are final.
Preview Dates & Times:
Vehicles and large machinery: Specific preview dates and times will be listed on the individual auction page for each product. NO TEST DRIVES ALLOWED of vehicles or machinery. You must be registered with the website to book a viewing. This can be done via your account page by clicking inquires.
All Other Items: Items are viewed as depicted on the website.
Location: All winning bidders will be notified of the pickup address with their receipt of payment. This is a security measure for both recovery-auctions and its winning bidders
Pickup Dates & Times:
Paid-in-full items may be picked up Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM CEST, BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, with a 24-hour notice. The Address can be found on your receipt of purchase sent via email.
Pickup must occur NO LATER than 10 calendar days from the end of the auction.
Abandonment Policy: Items not paid for or picked up within 10 calendar days after the sale will be considered abandoned. Such items will be disposed of at Recovery Auctions LLC’s discretion, without financial consideration or refund to the bidder. NO REFUNDS!

Shipping Instructions: Recovery Auctions LLC offers LOCAL PICKUP ONLY on ALL lots.
NO SHIPPING is offered.
Currency Type: All transactions are in USD.
Age Requirement: All buyers MUST BE 18 or older to purchase auction items.
Legally Binding: All bids are legally binding.
