Return and refund policy

General information

Our return and refund policy is for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or payment method within a specified number of days.

Late or non-receipt of reimbursements:

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company.

Then contact your bank. It often takes some time before the refund is posted.

Items on offer:

Only regular priced items will be refunded. Items on offer will not be reimbursed.

Changes:

We only exchange items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at support@dpclinicalhairproducts.com and send the item to the shipping address on the package.

Gifts:

If the item was marked as a gift when you purchased it and we send it directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift voucher will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the person who made the gift sent the order to themselves for delivery to you at a later date, we will send a refund to the person who made the gift and they will know of your return.

Returns for shipment:

To return your product, you must send it by post to {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
